About Us 

Purposefully - Owner Bonnie Fitzpatrick

Purposefully was created in 2021 after completing Parental Leave. The aim was to build a business that leveraged my passion for Organisational and Leadership Development, the freedom to choose which clients to work with, create flexible/part time/remote work and care for a much adored young family.

I operate using a Values Based approach, and have experienced first hand how finding alignment between Purpose and Values can lead to achieving goals and bring greater satisfaction to your work and personal life. My values are Purpose, Connection and Making a Difference. Being a successful business owner, committed partner and engaged mother is important to me.

Purposefully galvanises my specialist experience in Organisational and Leadership Development, Human Resource Management, Project Management and Coaching. I also partner with other industry experts valuing their collective wisdom in bringing success to clients. I am intentionally not the ‘all the everyone’.

Purposefully leverages my own natural strengths, constructive leadership style and emotional IQ to build stronger, deeper and more rewarding connections. I feel that ‘connecting’ is at the heart of change. For communities it’s a stronger connection to your residents and stakeholders that experience your legacy. For organisations and departments it’s a stronger connection to your employees and customers. And, for individuals it’s a stronger connection to yourself and your own purpose.
